We are thrilled to announce our two keynote speakers for the conference Dr. Jenny Jenkins and Dr. Stephen Suomi.
Dr. Jenny Jenkins is the Atkinson Chair of Early Child Development and Education and Director of Academic Programs at the Fraser Mustard Institute of Human Development, University of Toronto. Dr. Jenkins is also the winner of the 2018 Pickering Award for Outstanding Contribution to Developmental Psychology in Canada for her work on emotional development and developmental psychopathology.
Dr. Stephen Suomi is Chief of the Laboratory of Comparative Ethology in NICHD. He holds research professorships at the University of Virginia, the University of Maryland, College Park, the Johns Hopkins University, Georgetown University, the Pennsylvania State University, and the University of Maryland, Baltimore County. Dr. Suomi’s research investigates biological and behavioural development across the lifespan with rhesus monkeys.
